Yes. If your repo is public on GitHub, Lokali is free forever — no card, no trial, no expiry. We believe open source software deserves to be multilingual out of the box. This isn't a loss-leader tier we'll quietly shut down; it's part of how we want the web to work.
Any GitHub repo with visibility set to private. Public repos (open source) are never counted against your quota. Forks of public repos count as public. Internal repos (GitHub Enterprise organization-internal) count as private.
